Websites for established service businesses

A website as good as your work.

We rebuild websites so customers quickly see what you do, why to trust you, and how to get in touch.

What we’re hired for

Most projects start with one of three problems.

Your business has changed. Your website hasn’t.

What you notice

A new service, a new location or a new name, and the site still describes the business you used to be.

What we change

We rebuild the pages around what you offer today, so each service is easy to find and easy to ask about.

Customers ring to ask what the site should answer.

What you notice

Prices, areas, availability, how to book. Or the contact form tells you too little to reply properly.

What we change

We put the answers where people look, make the next step obvious, and test that every enquiry or booking reaches you.

Your reputation is better than your website.

What you notice

Qualifications, years of experience and good work are real, but they’re buried, out of date or missing.

What we change

We bring the evidence your customers look for to the front, in plain words, using only what’s true.

Not sure which one fits? That’s what the first call is for

How we work

The build is rarely the slow part. Waiting is.

Projects stall on unclear prices, late questions and silence. So we run every project to keep decisions moving and costs in the open.

A fixed price, in writing.

Before any work starts, your quote spells out:

  • The pages and features
  • What we need from you, and by when
  • Revision rounds and the schedule
  • What isn’t included
  • Who owns what at handover
  • When each payment is due

Usually half to start, and half once you’ve approved the finished site, before it goes live.

Running costs before we build.

If the site needs a booking or payment tool, you see its monthly and per-booking fees next to what you pay today. You sign off before we build on it.

Everything in your name, from week one.

Your domain, hosting and any tools are set up in your name, so you’re never locked out of your own website.

We write the first draft.

You pick a tone from two short samples, then correct the facts. No blank pages to fill in.

Tone A“We’ll get you moving again.”Tone B“Assessment and treatment for lasting recovery.”
From first call to launch

Four steps, each with something to show.

  1. A call

We talk through the business, the job the site needs to do, your timing and your budget.

You getAn honest answer on whether we’re the right fit.

  2. Quote and kickoff

You get a fixed scope and price. When the deposit lands, one kickoff pack lists everything we need, with dates.

You getA start date and a short, clear list.

  3. Write, design, build

Everything happens on a private preview link, with a weekly update and a reply-by date on each decision.

You getA working site you can click through.

  4. Launch and handover

We test the enquiry and booking paths end to end, launch the site, and walk you through it.

You getA live website, with the logins and notes to look after it.

Our first project

Two websites for a training and permits business.

A driver-training business that also handles employment permits came to us through an introduction. The brief: make courses easy to book, and give the permit work a site of its own.

It also showed us where projects lose time: waiting on decisions, accounts and content. How we work now is built around that.

Read the project overview
The agreed scopeIn client review
  1. Refresh the training website
  2. Fix the course-booking path
  3. Let the owner update course dates
  4. Build a linked site for permit services

We’ll publish the full story, with the client’s permission, once both sites are live.

Questions

What people ask before they start.

Something else? Ask us directly.

How much of my time will it take?

A call at the start, then short reviews: checking facts and approving the plan, the design and the finished site. We draft the words ourselves and only ask for what we can’t find. Every request comes with a date, so nothing lands on you by surprise.

Will I be able to update it myself?

We agree that in the quote. If things change often, like prices, dates or opening hours, we set up a simple way for you to change them and show you how.

Can you work with my existing website?

Yes. We start by listing what’s on your current site and you mark each page keep, change or drop. Useful content and your existing identity can stay.

Can you set up online booking or enquiry forms?

Yes. Where an established booking or form tool does the job, we set it up in your name, connect it to your site and test it end to end. You see its fees before we build on it. We don’t build custom booking software as part of a website project.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the size of the site and how quickly decisions are made. The quote gives a realistic schedule, and the weekly update shows what each date is waiting on.

Does it matter where my business is based?

Not much. We work remotely, over video calls and email.
